It does the job, but

This rice cooker made perfect rice for us. It was quick and I liked that. My issue was the steamer release at the top spewed liquid and steam. I followed the directions perfectly. I rinsed my rice and added rice/water according to the included cup and guide. I tried 3 to 3. It spilled all over my counter. I tried 2 to 2 and it spilled. So I put in one rice cup and filled to the 1 line. It STILLED spilled a little. I ended up watching it until I saw the liquid in the steamer vents, then cut it off. Left it for 10-15 mins and the rice was perfect! I wish the liquid did not come out of the steamer vents. I did not add anything to the water and rinsed the rice each time. I tried Jasmine and long grain. I was scared to try any other setting besides white rice. I returned this item for a refund.

Condensation within control panel

After one use the transparent cover on the LED display has condensation on the inner surface that won't evaporate and can't be wiped down because the control is supposedly 'sealed'.

Should Have Done It Sooner

I love it! I decided I wanted to cook more at home and I knew rice was gonna become a staple for some of the meals, so I finally broke down and bought a rice cooker. I can make rice, but this really makes it so much simpler when trying to make meals and cuts down on time. I've been wanting one of these for years, as well as a vegetable steamer and this gives me everything I need and more. I love it, and I really should have made this purchase years ago!

Cute little rice cooker

This is a great little rice cooker. It takes a bit longer for the water to steam than my older model. It's smaller than expected which was nice because it takes up less countertop space. It is also very easy to wipe clean! Overall, it works great for the price and I would recommend for others to buy.
