Very disappointed

The description of the product it's not accurate, there is no such pull-out crumbs tray, which it makes it very difficult to have to turn the toaster and pull two hard buttons all the way in the middle to be able to clean the crumbs, plus the tray has a hole which makes no sense, I'm worried about crumbs bringing cockroaches.

Burned!!!

Used once and the uneven toasting was the least of the problems. Went to move the toaster after use and practically burned my hands when I touched the outsides!!! The metal was extremely hot as if there was no insulation between the inside and outer walls. Do not buy this product!!!! Returned immediately!!!!

Uneven toasting

Setting the toasting temperature at 4 as the instructions recommend, it toasted only one side of bread. Tried reversing the bread so other side would get toasted, it ended up solid black on the toasted side. Tried different numbers on the knob but always got varying degrees of patchy toasting on one side or the other. Returning this product as it works worse than my old toaster. Would not recommend this brand.
