Burned!!!

Used once and the uneven toasting was the least of the problems. Went to move the toaster after use and practically burned my hands when I touched the outsides!!! The metal was extremely hot as if there was no insulation between the inside and outer walls. Do not buy this product!!!! Returned immediately!!!!

Uneven toasting

Setting the toasting temperature at 4 as the instructions recommend, it toasted only one side of bread. Tried reversing the bread so other side would get toasted, it ended up solid black on the toasted side. Tried different numbers on the knob but always got varying degrees of patchy toasting on one side or the other. Returning this product as it works worse than my old toaster. Would not recommend this brand.

Good toasterr!

The toaster works really well in that it toasts the bread food to any temperature you want.
