Need to return

This toaster was a Christmas gift for my daughter. She used it a few times and it stop working. She has to hold down the lever so it can toast the bread. She no longer has the box. How can I return it for a refund or new one.

Very flimsy . Takes too long to toast and the bread doesn’t fully pop up to remove safely
