I purchased this chair and in six months a tech had to come out to address excessive squeaking in the moving parts. His fix lasted a few days. I constantly have to lubricate the moving parts. After about two years the cushioning breaks down becoming way softer and less supporting. The leather is quite good and the entire chair is leather. No faux in less used areas like the sides.

I bought 2 recliners, 6 months ago. They look worse than the ones I threw out that were 25 years old. This leather's cheap. The foam must be inferior also it has no memory oesn't spring back

looking at some reviews and it's puzzling to me, I was thinking about purchasing this chair to match the 1 I have that my sister purchased over 10 yrs ago , with the sofa this chair is still in style, a great piece of furniture, hasn't lost its shape, leather still intact, no creasing.

I was so happy with my chestnut sofa in my family room, I purchased the loveseat and recliner for my living room. Size was perfect. I then purchased the charcoal sofa and loveseat for my mother's home. It is firm but comfortable and wide enough for someone to sleep on. I was impressed with the Sales Associates I dealt with on all sales and their knowledge of top grain leather. It had been my experience that other so called "quality retailers" have passed off bonded leather as top grain and this is not so with Macy's. It is the real deal!

We purchased this recliner to match the couch. The back of the recliner is a bit shorter than our previous recliner but works just as well. Very happy with this purchase.

We purchased this couch in charcoal grey. The couch is very comfortable. 4 adults can sit quite comfortably on it. Great value for the money.

Sadly, this shouldn’t even be considered a chair, as I cannot sit in it without jeopardizing my back. After waiting almost 5 months to receive the chair (!), I made the mistake of trying to make it work – purchasing a lumbar pillow, trying different positions, etc. That cost me my 3-day return window. I don’t even want to donate it to Furniture Bank or Goodwill, since that would make me complicit in causing someone else pain. I honestly don’t know why Macy’s would carry a chair that can only be described as a bulky decorative piece, without any functionality. I suspect Macy’s is on its death bed and simply stopped caring. It shows.
