Simply the Best!

I purchased the Salt and Pepper Mills for coarse salt and black peppercorns and a second Pepper Mill for white peppercorns. They are exquisite when placed together as a trio on the kitchen table.

Great replacement.

Replaces a set I have had for many years. The mechanism on the pepper mill is missing a tooth, so this is a great replacement.

Do not last

I ordered these on June 5th 2024. It is now Nov. 27 2024 and while preparing Thanksgiving Dinner the bottom of the pepper broke off the salt had died about a week before.

THE TRIDENT

We have replaced regular Salt & Pepper Shakers at all tables at The Trident in Sausalito. They look and work great..._x000D_ Now if we could prevent guest left, I would call them perfect!

Customer Care instructions

Dear sirs, _x000D_ I can't believe instructions on how to fill, adjust the coarseness, and cleaning and care did not come with the item. That is a sad state of affairs for you. Going on line to read how simple it is could have been included on the packaging or a simple slip. Instead you use an enormous amount of plastic, which is not recyclable. Time to wake up. Use recyclable materials please.

Should have listened better to others' concerns

They look great, are easy to handle, The pepper grinder works just fine, BUT the salt grinder does not hold salt. Even the coarse kosher or sea salts fall out which make it useless.
