Don’t purchase from Macy

Never got my order even though I had it shipped to the store. Called customer service just for them to tell me the same thing the automated system say. It’s on its way. Email customer service no response. I don’t recommend buying from Macy because they have poor system and no one knows anything. Last time I ordered something and had it shipped to the house. Never received it but it showed it was delivered and got charged for something I never got. Had to jump through hoops to get a refund and red flag by Macy. So now I have it shipped to the store and they still failed.
