Great Performance Once You Learn Stainless Steel

This Cuisinart stainless steel set is beautiful and heats up very quickly and evenly. After a few uses, everything has performed exactly as it should. I noticed some rainbow discoloration and water spots at first, which concerned me, but learned this is normal for stainless steel and easily cleaned with vinegar or the proper cleaner. Once I adjusted to stainless steel cooking techniques, food released well and the results were great. Overall, a high-quality set that performs very well once you know what to expect. Fantastic for the price!

Dent rim on pot!

Nice set. Heavy and a fair price. However, a dented rim on the 2.5 Qt. I hated that I had unpacked and washed all pieces before I noticed the issue. Therefore, I repacked as close to how it arrived and shipped back.

Can't review what you have not delivered.

I cannot review the product. That is because it has not arrived, even though it was scheduled to arrive several days ago. Of course, the 'track' shipment you use is woefully inadequate and tells us nothing, in stark contrast to every other company's system for tracking shipment. All it says is the shipment is on the way, with no indication of where, when, or what that means.

Dissatisfied with quickness of damage

Only used the small pot a couple of times under the recommended cooking conditions and somehow there are scratches inside. Didn’t use any metal utensils.
