Grinds well, but is extremely messy. Impossible to remove and clean burrs. Great price, but will pay more for better features, ie, less mess, ability to disassemble to clean, etc.

Grinder jams / Messy
I’m not a fan of this product. The grinder jams frequently (hopper not overfilled). Also, it makes a mess. Ground coffee beans spill out of the storage container when I remove it from the grinder and also when I open the lid. I dread using this product and plan to return it if I can. I do not recommend it.
Great coffee bean grinder
I love grinding my coffee beans at home. I can also adjust to how fine or coarse I want the beans ground. This is a great little grinder and does the job.

Fits the purpose
Very good for the simple business of getting the right grind to match coffee makers. It makes a difference and this machine does everything one should expect for this purpose.

Best value in coffee grinders
This is our third Cuisinart coffee grinder. Each worked for more than 10 years and each likely failed because of an issue with coffee bean quality (rather than normal wear and tear). It's a very consistent grinder (grind size and volume), easy to clean, and generally trouble free. Both the bean hopper and ground coffee hold a decent amount of coffee. I'd give five stars if the grind amount/cup were closer to the previous version and if the grind bin were a different plastic (with less static making the coffee stick in the bin.)

Steep Learning Curve
Difficult to determine amount and grind to use initially and is very noisy. The previous grinder we had was easier and quieter.

Static produced in grounds in plastic container
I like the grinding feature of the Supreme Grind Automatic Burr Mill. However, there is a terrible static issue with the ground coffee. It gets everywhere when trying to use the ground coffee. I was excited to grind beans fresh daily, but resorted to filling a glass container for weekly use. I believe if the container for the ground beans was stainless steel, like the rest of the grinder, this would not happen. I'm thinking about returning the grinder, unless this issue can be easily resolved. I'm tired of cleaning up flying grounds whenever I use it.
