With this steamer I am able to steam veggies at the beginning of the week and that makes the week less stressful, and I am able to eat healthier as this steamer is easy to use and steams perfectly!

Cover Your Ears

Was hoping it would hold more vegetables and could stream them more quickly. My steamer basket does about the same time and holds slightly less than this. Also, simply cannot STAND the piercing alert tone. It should have a way to change the pitch. It literally hurts my and my dogs ears. Way too shrill.

Cook Fresh Digital Glass Steamer

My family and I absolutely love our cook fresh digital glass steamer! We do not cook our foods with any fat and this steamer saves us time money and energy in the kitchen. I highly recommend this steamer to busy families who want to eat healthier and have fast food at their fingertips they can feel good about. The steamer also has a very convenient reheat setting so that you can make foods in advance and reheat them at your convenience. We love our steamer so much and use it so much we will definitely be buying a second steamer.

great steamer, remember to descale :)

This is a great steamer. After six years, it started leaking water all over the counter, but all parts appeared intact. It turns out I had never descaled it (which it says to do periodically in the manual, but I had not noticed). Anyway, I ran 3 25-minute cycles to descale it with vinegar/water, and that eventually did the trick. No more leaks.

Fabulous steamer with no plastic cooking parts

This is the best steamer steamer I have ever owned. There is only one plastic part, the water reservoir. The other pieces are glass and stainless. Although it is a bit large, the base is rather light. Very easy to clean and use. The heating element cools very quickly so it can be handled and put right away. I was very confident buying this brand for the quality is excellent.
