Broken bowl from Online Order

The dishes great but with the online order we received it with one of the bowks broken, the box poorly taped and was open 2/3 of through the taped seam and only 1 bubble wrap and as a result we had a broken bowl. Upon returning ti store they had no replacement and advised another store 8 mi away had one set but was unable to reach store to hold it for me. I drove immediately to that store and they looked up they did have one but couldn't find one on the floor. I found a different set and was refunded for the online set and purchased the new one. Time spent returning/purchasing was about 1.5 hrs. And I still have to return the 2nd set that was unbroken as I no longer need that one after purchasing a different set. I will not order dishes online again. Price was great but the aftermath…not so much.

no notification

I was never notified that the product was ready for pick up. I finally arrived at the store to pick it up on the last day available, only for them to have cancelled the order the morning of. the product is now three times as excitement. very poor customer service.

Nice

These are nice everyday dinnerware. Exactly as described - dinner plates are smaller than the usual size. My only disappointment that these dishes do get HOT - whether they are microwaved, or food served on them.

Timeless design and perfect size

Love this 12 piece plate/bowl set. They’re not heavy and the bowls and plates are all perfect sizes for everyday meals or snacks. Seems to be a great size and weight. The design is very simple and sleek. Goes well with any style kitchen.
