Returns - A PAIN

Returns is a pain..Because it didn't fit my wife > Spent money to send this to a friend in US mainland to drive to a MACY's which was far from their home. I don't understand if you guys ship using USPS .. why can't MACY's issue a return label for USPS ???? why so much harassment on calls and no rep can help with a USPS label. On an island ( USVI 00802 zip code ) we cannot have UPS ground obviously ! understand this guys !! WHEN WILL YOU ?

Devil's in the details of this one!

This dress did not disappoint! I'm 5'3" 150lbs the fit was great and comfortable. I received a compliment from almost everyone I encountered! Well made and interesting from the peakaboo shoulder in the sleeves to studs this one is a winner!

It’s Pretty but not “Metallic Studs”

This dress is very pretty. I’m 5’4 140 pounds. I wear a size 6 and it fit perfectly. It’s just not like the picture. It says metallic studs and looks like studs in the picture but it isn’t. It is metallic threading to look like studs. I can already tell I will have to be careful while wearing it. It snags very easily. Going to have to baby it and wear it 1-2X per year only.

material feels Heavy

this dress is made well. However, It looks heavy for me. I did order one size higher since DKNY run small. Maybe that is the problem. I do not know. May be it is made for size 2 to 6 overall it is a good dress. maybe just the material. I wish I ordered my regular size.
