i had been reading about so many shredded foam pillows. many of them talked about being able to customize comfort by easily removing/adding foam to create one's exact comfort. when this one was described as "customizable," i thought that meant the same. it didn't. be advised... this pillows does not unzip to allow you to easily remove foam as needed. when they said "customizable" they just mean you can squish and push the pillow every which way to shift the foam inside. sure i could cut the fabric open, remove foam, then sew it back up, but not sure i want all that hassle. i may return them because they have too much fill for me as a side sleeper and i don't want to have to pinch and shift my pillow multiple times a night.

These are heavy pillows. They come as described, almost like vacuum sealed and they expand easily in the dryer. They are comfortable and I'm happy with my purchase.

I dont understand all the high reviews. Firstly, I bought the queen sized pillows and they are so tiny, they dont even fit the regular standard size cases I got, they swim in it. Second there is no support, it is almost flat when I lay my head. I am returning all four that I bought immediately.

These pillows are great. The shredded inside foam gives me support and shifts where I need it with support. Yes, they come flat as a pancake, just fluff and put in dryer for a few minutes and will plump right up.

These pillows are terrible. It's very firm and overstuffed making it very uncomfortable. I would not recommend it.
