1 month agoThis is Awful. Ripped within Four Days
We have had nothing but problems since it arrived! 1. The measurements listed online are incorrect. The actual sofa is 74 inches long, so the seating area is SMALLER than 74 inches. The arms are unreasonably wide, which means that the seating area is around 60 inches wide. 2. A rip appeared within four days of delivery and continues to grow. There was not enough padding placed on one corner, which means that the fabric is rubbing directly on the sharp frame. The amount of HASSLE to order a replacement couch is an absolute joke. Clearly there is a manufacturing issue; a couch should not rip in less than a week. Had to jump through hoops to order a replacement. Could not be completed online. I had to go back to the store. 3. The delivery team... Two men; one stood there watching as the other one dragged the couch, on its side, up our front walkway and then up 2 concrete steps to get it inside. This may have also contributed to the rip since it's the same side. 4. The frame is flimsy.

Perfect size/hue for a den that is decorated mostly in cream, pale grey, and sand colors.

2 months agoWorst Couch Purchase
For starters, the measurements on the website are wrong. The actual sofa length is 74 inches long, which means that the website's description "Seat length between arms: 74" " is completely inaccurate. The arms seem unnecessarily WIDE, which means that the seat length between arms is only 62 inches. The overall seating space on the sofa is small. Our last apt. sofa comfortably fit 3 people. This one does not, bc the arms seem so wide! The couch is very stiff and not comfortable at all. Sitting on it for less than 10 minutes hurts my back and butt. We also had difficulties with ordering. EVERY other Radley furniture piece was on sale; but they wanted us to pay FULL price for this. We nearly walked out the store when the sales associate said she would match the online sale %. Then she said that we only had to pay a down payment and would pay the remainder upon delivery. She definitely charged us the full amount when we ordered it. Positive: delivery was prompt. But that is it!

Sofa is nice, great sale price. But I have to pay for shipping/delivery, and I only live 50 miles from the store - and your delivery service will only come to my location "ONE DAY PER MONTH", and I can't be there for the 1st delivery month day, so I gotta wait another whole month for the next delivery date! Come on, that's awful service after I've bought something from Macy's (you need to cancel that delivery charge for making me wait 2 whole months!!!)

Interested but puzzled
I'm interested in this sofa but I'm puzzled by two things: Why is it more expensive than the 86" sofa? Why aren't the full fabric color choices available? I've been checking the website for months and I'm interested in ordering this apartment-sized model, but these two issues are holding me back.
