Real disappointment!

Sent me a 9.5 in black when I ordered the blue. The sizing is totally wrong. The 9.5 was more like an 11. Totally ridiculous and so disappointed. Returning them. My son even asked if they were Japanese inspired as they look like blocks of wood!
