Beautiful ring, sizing/fulfillment issue

This ring is beautiful, substantial, and exactly as pictured. I ordered a size 6 and received a ring that fits like a 7. I am not returning it since it will fit on another finger and I can't return it to Macy's. The box it comes in doesn't specify sizing so I am not sure if I received a size 7 or if the size 6 runs large.
