Quality and design

Sturdy and elegant

I don't mind leaving these out to store fruit on the countertop. I have had numerous colanders over the years and nearly all of them were flimsy. Some were wire mesh that would clog with bits of food and get bent, silicon collapsing colanders would eventually split and tear. These, like every other Hestan product will likely outlive me.

Beautiful and Well Made Colanders

These are very beautiful and well made colanders. So beautiful with the polished stainless steel and trademark handles that they can linger on the counter to double as kitchen decor. The base is sturdy and there is a nice weight. Very happy to own these.

Wonderful mirror finish solid construction

This colander set had a wonderful mirror finish and solid construction. Only one caveat is that being Hestan and all, I would prefer the upper and lower rim have a smoother more rounded finish at its edge. Otherwise great set and happy to add to my cooking essentials.
