So i received my order and when i opened it. Tell me why it had someones sweaty toes imprinted on there. The box did say “Floor Display” . How you not clean it or sanitize it before you ship it to a customer. And with it being like this, it should be at a discounted price. I reached out to customer service and they sending a replacement. I didn’t want to have to go through all that. Before they ship out orders they need to throughly check and inspect. Smh!

Used shoes

The received the shoe the day before an event I was attending. The shoes was used/worn with foot prints in it and missing diamonds . I called macys and they offered to express shop which would take 2 days. No discount or refund or anything since I had no other option but to wear this shoe. Horrible customer service . Never again

Gorgeous shoes but….

Gorgeous shoes, but not the most comfortable fit. There’s not a lot of padding nor grip, so foot tends to slide down the shoe, causing the strap over the toes to dig in. If your feet sweat at all, then forget about it. The shoes look fantastic on, but they’re more for sitting and looking pretty… Not walking.
