was not a matching set

The item came from a Macy store and I ordered the “love you, love you more” set. Instead received “Mr, love you more”. Was disappointed since it was going to be a gift and I did get it on sale. Unfortunately, even if it is a beautiful mug set by Lenox (5*) commenting on the whole process from packing to handling had to be made. Wished Macy’s personnel that handled this order had done it beautifully. I can only dream.
