    • Ensure that the tube is upright/vertical and that the applicator is pointed away from you

Does not work

The pen never dispensed product. I tried clicking multiple times.

I do not recommend this product.

The tube requires clicking to release the fluid, but clicking the button produced NOTHING. It's not useable. I'm very dissatisfied with Lancome's Click and Glow Highlighting Skin Fluid. A very pricey product that should be taken off the market.

Doesn't work at all!

This doesn't work. Product won't dispense and is very frustrating to now have to return it for credit.

Product is not easy to use does not dispense

I am a lancome lover, but this product does not dispense. I bought one for my sister and myself. I'm so glad I tried mine before sending my sister hers because it doesn't work. The product does not dispense. So disappointed. Will return to a Macy's that will hopefully take both back. One does not have the box because I was keeping one for myself the other is still in its box as it was a gift.

Not even working. Nothing comes out.

I've only really tried it out the other day since it's the only time I feel like learning how to put make up on, just to be disappointed that no matter how much I click, nothing comes out. I tried it upward, downward, side ways and still nope, nothing. And I know I cant return it anymore so I'm thinking of breaking it or idk.
