I now have significant image retention after only a year and a half of use. I follow the exact same viewing habits on my 2017 OLED--which still performs perfectly--so there’s no excuse for this kind of degradation from a flagship LG display. My usage has been very light: just 1 to 2 hours of varied news content, 4 to 5 days a week. then 1 to 2 hours/day of varied content the rest of the time. All OLED care settings are turned on and I have never used the TV at max brightness. Pixel cleaning helped slightly but did not solve the problem. This level of performance is completely unacceptable for a premium television in this price range. I contacted LG several weeks ago and have received no response. Yes, the picture quality was excellent, until the screen became unusable. But what’s the point of a high-end TV if you’re afraid to use it because the pixels degrade so quickly? Sadly, I regret my purchase.

Not a great deal for only 1 year of use.
Bought the top of the line 77" G3 just over a year ago, and while watching TV tonight it got a vertical red line then immediately shut off. Now when turning it on, the red line appears and the unit just shuts back off. Tried to contact support but I'm given a notice that it's out of warranty! I bought this unit because it has a 5-year warranty. It had a beautiful picture with deep dark blacks and rich colors, not sure what to do now with over 4.5 years of warranty coverage that I cannot access.

Slim wall mount garbage hardware.
Wallmount that comes with it is trash. Anchors don't seat in wall properly, even with 4 extea anchors installed mount pulled out of the wall. Just mount to studs!

OK OLED
This is my first OLED. Honestly, I expected more. It isn’t dramatically better than my 55” LG from 7/8 years ago. More 4K offerings might help, eventually. I am a sports watcher and suppressed settings for sports would be helpful. Lots of setting suggestions online for movies & Netflix but not much for sports.

Beautiful and clear
TV looks amazing. It's super bright and clear in my living room that receives light from a large side window. My only complaint is the back panel of my tv had a few dents right out the box.

Beware of spyware
Panel needed replaced within 8 months but luckily was under warranty. It’s an incredible TV but it is very sad that it opts you in to monitoring you by default. Is basically spyware unless you turn it off in the settings.

Great picture
I've had this tv for a little over a month and couldn't be happier. I knew oleds produced the darkest blacks but didn't realize they also seem to have the brightest whites. This replaced my plasma tv and didn't think I could get a better picture but this proved me wrong. Definitely no regrets on this one

The Ultimate TV
I have no words to describe the awesomeness of this TV. The picture is perfection. Looks amazing on my wall. Even my kids worthless cartoons look amazing.
