The whole experience was awful. I don’t know how the couch is, it’s still in the box (3). Because it came through a 3rd party furniture store, Macy’s has been awful! I needed them to hold it for delivery, Macy’s said we can hold it 60 days….oh sorry, you’re going to have to contact the 3rd party store. We can’t help you. I contacted the 3rd party. They said sure we will hold if 30 days just buy it through us. They didn’t have the couch on their website. This was a Black Friday sale and it was Sunday, the last day of the sale. I bought the couch 3 times because they kept sending a text message to a landline number, which I had tried to change in my profile, but it wouldn’t let me update the phone number. Since I didn’t respond to the text, they canceled the order 3 times before we figured out what the problem was. I was told the couch would come the following week, it didn’t. It came in about 3 days, I still had my old couch I needed to get rid of. It ended up costing me $250 to get my old couch out. The new couch was delivered the same day in 3 50lb boxes. I could not get it in the house so I had to get help. So the boxes are sitting in my living room! I called Macy’s to see if they could send somebody to assemble the couch I just bought through them, they said no and good luck!
