Worst product Ever

I love the ring last May and I was so happy back then. For four times the corner stone was keep falling down and every time was taking 3 weeks to fix it. Finally they changed the ring with a new one and again same thing happened. I believe there is something wrong with design. I usually read the review but this ring had zero review.
