DISAPPOINTED

Bought this product with so much excitement to give my husband for his first Father’s Day only to never receiving this item. Called customer service and told them I never received my item but they seemed unconcerned. Macys need to get the game on. Asked for a replacement only to be told by one agent her computer is having an issue and she’ll request the order later in the day as I waited I got an email saying I will not be able to receive a replacement nor a refund. Macys needs to put signature when they are delivering jewelry. UPS says met customer which doesn’t make any sense since I AM the customer and my package was not delivered. Highly Disappointed!!!!!

Mens Diamond ring

It’s a beautiful ring but only available in size 10. There should be more sizes available to choose from. Unfortunately if it doesn’t fit my husband, I will have to return it.
