Not good

Got the bag it is so crushed up. No padding in the bag non in box seems like they just throw it in the box in a hurry with no regards. Very upset. Never had this issue with bloomingdale's. Its scratched up no long straps nothing it's just a mess.

Gorgeous extra large bag
