Memories of a newlywed.

I needed to replace some of our dinnerware we received as a gift for our wedding years ago. When the dishes arrived they were of the same great quality as the one's we received on our wedding day!! We love them and I feel like a newlywed all over again!!!

What's with the bowls?

I ordered this set to replace my beloved Jardinière set that was discontinued years ago. I love the Italian Countryside pattern, but I don't understand the sizing of the bowls. The rimmed soup/cereal bowl is very shallow and only hold 12 oz . Hubby complained there is no room for the milk on his cereal. The other cereal bowl holds 24 oz and is so big it would take up all my cabinet space. I've looked at all the available bowl sizes and nothing fits the bill. I am looking for 15-16 oz non-rimmed bowls. Any chance you will add them to this collection?

LOVE MIKASA ITALIAN COUNTRYSIDE!

These are my everyday dishes for the past 20 years. I was adding to my collection and getting rid of the older/chipped ones. I looked around and couldn't find any other design l liked better or had such a great selection of completer pieces. And the price was fantastic!

Happy Domestic Engineer in Kitchen

I spent three months going to store after store looking at the dinnerware i purchased. I saw it on line and liked what it looked like, so i went to the store and really like what i saw the right sizes i wanted and purchased it on line. I could not believe how fast the online service was and how fast i got my emai back saying it was ready in 1 day. I picked it up brought it home and when opened it there was one soup bowl broken...I called a number on site and they told me to take it back to the store...which i did and they replaced it immediately. This all took place in less than 2 days. I now am delighted to serve my dinner with visual pleasure. dinnerware ever.

Lovely dinnerware-perfect to dress up or down

Only a serving bowl has been given to "the bride" at her wedding shower this past weekend. The remainder of the set will be gifted Aug. 9th for a wedding gift. She picked out the pattern, so she will be pleased.

Classic Pattern

We registered for this pattern 15 years ago and I'm thrilled that it's still being made. It's classic. The pieces are well made. I love that there are tons of accessories in the same pattern. Got a fabulous deal on this set, I couldn't let it slip so we bought new ones to replace some of the older pieces that are just starting to show signs of wear.
