Fit Well but they feel a bit tight by the toe box

Fit Well but they feel a bit tight by the toe box. They need to be broken in a bit but the structure is very good

Straps are useless

These shoes were awful , the straps kept slipping underneath my foot. I got them for may daughter's wedding and I had to walk down the isle with band-aids, so the straps would stay up. The would slip under my foot and fall off or the buckle would dig into my heel. Not the best look for the Mother of the Bride.

Not good for wide feet

I have wide feet and ordered these shoes for the square toe design. I got them in my regular size 7.5W, but they are not wide. My pinky toes are pinched and they hurt after walking in the office for 3 minutes. Unfortunately I can't return them because i already wore them and the top of the shoe creased so fast. Do no recommend if you have wide feet.

Perfect fit and style

Initially ordered my usual size 7 medium, For this particular style, I had to exchange for a half-size smaller. The exchange was an easy process and I'm very happy with my Jayla in black. Looks formal yet is super comfortable and fits perfectly.
