What a difference this machine makes
We have just upgraded from a Delongi coffee pod machine using same pods as this. the difference this machine makes to the taste and quality of the various coffee's made is amazing.

Nespresso - Creatista Pro Stainless Steel Review
I love the look and ease of using this machine. I purchased it as I prefer espresso and/or cappuccinos, so look forward to having some other coffee options to use likely as well. However, so far I enjoy everything about this machine (after about 4-5 weeks), but wish it would provide better froth for cappuccinos. I've purchased 2% milk and still prefer more froth and want to avoid steaming an extra pitcher of milk to get lots of froth or want to avoid purchasing an external frother to supplement how much froth I prefer. I do have it set to the hottest milk temperature and highest amount of froth possible. I sometimes wish the coffee temperature was a bit warmer as well (and also have it on the hottest temperature). Otherwise, so far a great machine and enjoy the sample packs that came with the purchase. It shuts off after a couple of minutes, so convenient that doesn't take much 'energy'.

That said, we understand you’re unsatisfied with the temperature of your coffee, and we appreciate your feedback. Be sure our machine's brewing systems operate at the correct temperature for each blend but to enjoy a hotter cup, we recommend using a cup that matches the size of your preparation to retain heat, and to clean the extraction chamber weekly for optimal performance. For better frothing, we suggest using ice-cold milk from a newly opened container, as milk proteins break down after exposure to light and oxygen. Experimenting with different types of milk, such as UHT (Ultra High Temperature), can also help produce more consistent froth. Happy with our purchase 1 1/2 years later
I purchased my machine a year and half ago and love the ease of use. I actually got online to purchase another one for my adult daughter who has also grown to love with the machine as a gift. I was reading the reviews while trying to figure out which model I bought in order to find the same for her and saw the negative reviews about the descaling process. Just wanted to add a note that you can test your water with a PH strip to see how hard your water actually is and change the frequency of how much you are asked to descale from the factory setting to the one actually needed on your machine accordingly. We did this with ours and have had no issues. I think the process of doing so just took a few minutes and the manual explained how to change the descale reminder setting well.

Love it
This has been a workhorse, getting used twice a day for 18 months. Have only had to clean it a few times and descale it once. Makes perfect lattes. I love having a huge variety of coffees to choose from.

Beautiful machine. Defective product
I had two of these machines over a five month period. Both needed descaling - a long, laborious project - every several days after the second month. I’m done.

Please don’t waste your money
Absolutely the worst, so many constant issues. Clogs up, needs to be descaled all the time, leaks water, won’t heat milk, terrible. Had constant issues since we bought it that have gotten worse.
