Disappointed much!

Recently purchased 2 pairs, one black and the other brown. The black pair appeared worn with creases on top and a bruise on one side. In addition the shoes were unstuffed, the tag detached and the tissue paper covering the shoes inside the box had s different brand printed on it. Also, it wasn't ture to size. I suggest going down half size. A real disappointment as this purchase was a gift to my husband.

Shoes that were purchased never delivered

Hard to review as I I have yet to receive them was supposed to receive them a week ago I have inquired through your virtual assistant which has no value for it as it sends back a prescript note. Stopped in the Oak Brook location only to be told it’s an online only item. They gave me a 1800 number to call. Which I will try today. I would’ve purchased a different pair of shoes if I had known this was going to take place.
