I brought this mattress in May 2025. It was delivered June 2025. I returned it September 2025. Had the macy's technician come out to look at it and the first words he said were "Dang that mattress is messed up." It never settled and was so lumpy i couldn't sleep on it. It felt like an iron bar was running all through it. I am pleased to say that in less than 2 weeks I will be getting a new mattress. I sure hope I don't have to return that one. The reason for 2 stars is that macy's has really great customer service. I also ordered the same mattress again. I love the 20 year warranty. I understand flukes happen. So let's see what the new one feels like.

After a failed purchase Macy’s approved to me a replacement option of my last mattress cuz it was damaged, I when to the furniture show room and soon I lay on this mattress I was little nervous cuz I thought was to hard but since I got the delivery wow this mattress literally is more the what we expected make you feel like you sleeping in clouds it’s no to hard it’s no to soft is just perfect so hard to get up now cuz it’s so cozy my partner loves it and I do too 100% I recommend this mattress and besides look amazing with the new adjustable base then come with it

I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of this mattress. For the past 18 months, I had been sleeping on a foam mattress from Costco. This has been the best decision ever! The mattress is extremely comfortable, not too soft but soft enough that you feel hugged and embraced while sleeping. We’ve had this mattress for over a week and we had better nights that the year so far. We chose a higher mattress than normal to avoid the pain in the back when getting up and we are very happy. The delivery was perfect, white glove service. On time and extremely professional. We also have the mattress base. I’m so happy we got this mattress!!
