I heard the broken glass inside, but had high hopes. Whoever packed these dishes, did an excellent job wrapping it 4x in bubble wrap, it's a shame they didn't take the time to seperate the dishes and wrap them.

I ordered it this product and love it, but didn’t take it out from the box and now that I open it, the Pyrex is broke, and I cannot return it because the window time is closed……

Don't be fooled, these are NOT the original PYREX and are prone to shatter in the oven. Don't overheat (past 350°), don't subject to rapid temperature changes (fridge to oven or vice versa). Shame on you, MACY'S for the deceit.

Loved it, but a big chip out of one handle.
The 13x9 deep dish glass pan was great. The 11x7 glass pan had a big chip out of the bottom of the one handle. I didn’t notice until I was washing it after opening and it cut my finger. I called Macy’s and a helpful gentleman processed my return. It was dropped off at UPS yesterday, and will be refunded when you receive the merchandise. Thank you !
