Y'all oil the pans!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rule of thumb. If you are going to have a cast iron pan or skillet KEEP IT OILED!!!! IT'S IRON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you come from the south and you are a good ole country gal like me you already know this. Cook with it clean it and oil it right after. Duh...
