Sticky

It's new and it sticks, even when you put oil in the pan. Not the best purchase.

Not thrilled with the pan

The first time i heated up the pan to just sautee spinich the pan turn very black along the outside perimeterof the pan, I think I am going to return - it should of cleaned off easily and it didnt. The pan looks old in 1 use. What went wrong,heat tempeture was medium to low.

Nice pan.

Great product, the non-stick is not complete non-stick but thats expected just a bit misleading to some, it holds heat well, withstands the oven, dishwasher safe but i wash by hand after use, says non scratch but I refuse to test that. I like the pan ive had no issues with cooking proteins sear nice and pretty even cook throughout no problems with sticking has a nice natural release when seared right.

Serves the purpose

My husband is the cook in the house and he seems like it. The steel handle is manageable and doesn't get hot over cooking.
