Stylish but poor wear durability

This suit was completely stretched out and the fabric decomposed in parts of the back of the suit in less than a month. I swim 5 days a week for about an hour each time. I would definitely not recommend this suit, even on sale it is not worth the price for such short time wear!

Problem with returning item to Macy's

When a 3rd party item is purchased on your Macy's website. It was a disaster to return the item. I was informed of 2 different scenarios to return the item. Purchased 5/25 returned on 6/10 was informed it was not refundable. Had to get a manager to correct it. It took 45 minutes for the process. Credit will not show up for up to 10 days. I left there with a headache and disgusted. The manager really worked on this issue and got it resolved. She was very nice. But it made me late for my next appointment. I was told she would copy me the email that I returned 2 items but that did not happen. So I have no paper work to prove I returned 2 items. I have to wait till 6/20 to see if I get credited in my Macy's account. I pay my Macy's bill every month to avoid interest. You have lost a loyal customer with your 3rd party return policy.

Although I kept this suit

Although I kept this suit I like others I’ve bought with this suit and previously better. One general observation is your suits don’t hold up as well the last couple of years.
