Disappointing

disappointed with performance

I was hoping that this would make using kitchen roll easier with one hand use, but unless it is thin kitchen roll the arm is not tight enough to hold the roll while you rip off one piece. The roll just keeps moving. I find you still have too use 2 hands one to hold the roll and the other to tear the kitchen roll which means you have to wash your hand before touching the roll which is not always convenient when you quickly need a piece of roll to wipe up cooking mess and spills.A expensive item for it not to work as expected
