Great piece of Earphones for daily use

Finally bought it after a year! excellent earphones with very good anc if properly fitted!

BEWARE!!!!

Stopped working within 1yr. Multiple malfunctions and only sporadic charging. Keeps connecting to my phone, while still in the case with the lid closed. Yes, I did clean the contacts thoroughly. Sony refuses to honor warranty.

Best earbuds I have ever tried!

Perfect for blocking out distractions, with impressive sound quality and long battery life for extended use. My only concern is with the earbud tips—after trying all the sizes, my right ear seems to need a more customized fit. Despite this, the noise cancellation remains superb and delivers an excellent listening experience.

Great features

very good product. very functional feature. personal preference : material could be better, it is too sleek, quite difficult to take off an on from the charging box. prefer something more solid / rubbery texture like jabra elite active

Best in class for Noise cancellation

Bought this a month ago. Sony still offers the best in class noise cancelling products in the market. Only pods I've used on planes that are able to drown out the pesky engine hum. Only downside? A tad pricey but definitely worth it.

Puffing noises when using ANC in loud environments (e.g. train stations) Metallic noises when using Ambient mode when there are high pitched noises around.

Great sound quality, disappointing connectivity

Brought this wireless earbuds as there are multiple raving reviews. The audio quality is indeed great. However soon get disappointed with the connectivity issue. Audio get cuts out issue constantly occurs in crowded area. Even when not in crowded area, the audio cut out issue can occur when turning your head one side. Really disappointed when this is a premium product.
