Great product. Worst company

The product is spectacular. Beautiful, weighty, an a beautiful addition to my collection. The company, by contrast, is terrible. No updates. Delivery was ridiculously long. They have absolutely no desire to work with customers. I emailed repeatedly and no answer. No update. Nothing. Ill never buy from them again.
