Showed black and white in pictures. Then it snagged a little bit with all the plastic pieces holding it together when I went to unwrap package

Poor quality

The way it is packaged caused 2 small holes and one pulled thread. There were also a few places where it looked to be brown thread or an ink streak. It has a cheap vinyl tag which, at least in mine, was sewn in backwards, with Spode Woodland logo facing inwards. It is a beautiful tablecloth but, had it not been on sale, I would be returning.

Disappointed in Macy's

I am so disappoimted in Macy's. I ordered the Spode placemats for my daughter in Idaho. There was no area to put her address in, so called and spoke to a representative. He cancelled the first two orders and placed her order. However, the orders were NEVER cancelled, plus I was charged for the gift bag which NONE of the orders had, and the gift cards were not included in any of them.
