What a mess

Been 5 days since order was processed and is "still on its way to UPS" Customer Support wants me to wait another 5 days for delivery. Not the first time they've done this. Bet the jacket will be packaged in a tiny bag and will arrive a wrinkled mess. No wonder they're always on the brink of Chapter 11

Over sized

I ordered a petite size jacket. It was to wide across my shoulders and the sleeves were to long. It did have a petite label.
