Ehhhh!

I find this dress to be …ehhh! It’s… ok. It’s not terrible, it’s …ok. The fit is fine. It’s a real midi, falling to below my calves, almost a tea length. But the fabric is a lovely rayon- cool, not easily prone to wrinkles, not uncomfortable. The cut is fine. I’m not enamoured of tiered skirts- I find them sort of “holly hobby” kitschy. But, since my intention with this dress is to wear it solely at home, in the summer, it’s fine. My biggest complaint is that whomever had laid the fabric out for cutting, did it sloppily. The print of the skirt is tilted on an angle, which annoys me greatly! However, since this is solely being used as a house dress, it’s fine. Today was a scorcher, and I was comfortable wearing this dress. I will say it washes out nicely (I hand wash it) and it drip dries quickly and beautifully. It’s a zero maintenance dress! In short, I’m glad I bought this and I’m certainly getting my money’s worth!
