Order misdelivered

As a buyer it was free shipping but it was delivered to a whole new address and Macy’s customer service representative is adamant it is delivered to correct address white other parts of the same order are deliver just fine and images as proof do not match. I don’t understand how it’s customers fault that Macy’s is making me pay full price/current price rather than honoring my initial order and apologizing for the inconvenience.
