Poor packaging

I bought three sets as gifts but the were all scratched up on the outside. They were placed in a box with no protection between them and they all came loose and all over the box knocking and hitting up against each other. I can’t give them as gifts because of scratches. DISRESPECTFUL WAY OF PACKING.
