Worst Chair Ever

Delivered in a box that looks like it sat in a warehouse for 10 years, and boxed completely crunched up by shipping company. Took over a week to get it with expedited shipping. Included instructions are terrible and came with a huge hole through the center of them so you can barely read it not that it tells you anything useful anyway. The biggest issue is the arm that holds the back of the hair on never tightens. It is attached by a hand turn knob that will never get tight enough to hold the back of the chair upright. Worst chair I have ever purchased.
