DISAPPOINTED

Low quality product. The faucet was not tied enough, and kept on leaking. I will definitely return this product.

Plastic infuser

This would have been okay, but the infuser and the bottom of the lid where it screws in are plastic. Eventually, the plastic deformed and broke.

returning

I really wanted one with a metal spout but there weren't ANY in store. This spout literally trickles, very slow pour any fully annoying.

opened box and put water in dispenser to clean. Leaked from faucet. Going to return. Seal not working around faucet.

Nice bottle, cheap hardware

Hardware was plastic and seemed like it would snap off too easily. Also the infuser piece is plastic and I prefer not to have a plastic piece sitting in my beverage, so I returned it.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT!

Uhhhmmmm

I was so excited as my boys love cucumber water,but it leaked all over my counter...have to return. I went by reviews so I will reorder another one and hope that it will work.It is a very neat item and good for you to.
