Awful packaging

Arrived broken it was placed in the box without any protection around it. I did make contact with customer service, and they agreed to replace the broken platter

Terrible packing job

They were packaged terribly. All stacked up with a small amount of bubble wrap around them and put in a box. They all broke. Returned. The dishes might have been nice but it was hard to tell since they arrived in so many pieces.

Simply elegant

Beautiful and simple platter you can use on any occasion. I love that it has a slight lip so you can serve things with sauces and not worry about is spilling off the side.

Unusually heavy

The platter is nice but very heavy. Unfortunately it was chipped and had to be returned.
