Packs a Lot. Pockets Could Be Better

I really love this carryon. I had purchased an expensive Travel Pro Elite, but that was too heavy and I returned it. I bought this because it is so light and I can get it in the overhead bin. It packs a lot. I really love the striped lining - so pretty. The zippered pockets under the cover on the inside are great for packing things, but the design of them feel upside down. When you open your suitcase and flip the lid up, the pockets open downward. So things fall out easily when you're trying to pack or retrieve items. I don't understand this design at all - the pocket openings should be on the top. I would give this bag 5 stars if not for that design. Also, the telescoping handle feels flimsy - we will see how it holds up.

Zipper issue

Brand new purchase but the zipper is not so good. Gets stuck right in the middle and we have to juggle with it to get it completely closed.

Used luggage

Purchased this luggage during Memorial Weekend, delivered Wednesday to my house. It didn’t came with tags, the sides were scratched, and the stitch at the bottom part is undone. The luggaged looked like it was used, compared to the other luggages I bought that looked like new. So disappointed Macy’s!!! Why would you sell a used luggage? I hope they accept my return tomorrow.

Too small

The outside dimensions are the same as an old 20" carryon. However the new 20" includes the spinner wheels which makes the inside dimensions 4" smaller. No acceptable.
