I bought this for my grandson who is two… he loved it. He loved the backpack the lunch bag, the neck pillow they constantly go to Disney World and this way he can take his own luggage. To see the smile in my grandson‘s face was worth it plus, I got it on sale.

Bad shipping. Things never come

Macys shipping is unreliable. I am being asked to write a review for something I ordered for Christmas for my granddaughter 10 days ago and it has never arrived. Now I have to dwl with their customer service and also has to go out in the crowded shopping time and get another gift. I can’t comment on the suitcase as it never showed. This also happened with 2 other gifts I ordered on Black Friday as well
