I’ve had the same version of the Travelpro Crew Classic for years and it was time to replace it do to wear and tear. Unfortunately, I was ver disappointed as the quality is nowhere near what it once was. The internal dimensions were noticeably smaller and several of the components were just not up to par on the quality I’m accustomed to. I ended up returning it as I’m a business traveler and just didn’t have a high level of confidence that it would last.

Duped
This carry-on spinner is very small. I wanted a replacement for my current Crew™ Classic Carry-On Spinner and what I received is much smaller than my original. And what is more strange is that I ordered the same spinner in blue by mistake and it was the same size as my current bag. I wanted black so I returned the blue and order the black. I should have kept the blue due to the size of the black bag.

Great roomy bag
This bag is perfect for travel especially if you are looking for a very roomy bag with big pockets and that fits under seat in the airplane. The color navy with the tan trim is a classic look. Very pleased with the bag.

Great Bag
I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of room. I have used this bag once and it easily held everything I needed for a 3 day trip. While I didn’t travel by air, it was the perfect size. Great to have the mobility the spinner offers.

Disappointed with the Travelpro Crew Classic Carry-On Spinner
As a longtime Travelpro Crew user, I had high hopes for the latest Crew Classic Carry-On Spinner. Unfortunately, this iteration feels like a step down in quality. The exterior material stains noticeably easier than previous models, making it less travel-friendly. The roller handle lacks the rigidity I'm used to, giving a flimsy feel during use. The compression straps aren’t very functional—they make it hard to cinch clothing down effectively. A key disappointment: the side and top handles appear to be permanently fixed now, removing the option to replace them if they wear out. That’s a letdown for those of us who travel often and expect longevity. Travelpro has always been my go-to for durable and reliable luggage, but this version makes me reconsider. I’ll be exploring other brands moving forward.

Crew Classic Line
I must say that I am impressed with the quality of the Travelpro set that I purchased. The softside of the Crew Classic luggage seems very durable and they survived their first trip through the Boston-Logan airport. This also has to be the best rolling suitcases I’ve ever owned. I was able to walk with the suitcases in the upright position over the brick sidewalks of Boston without any issues. The wheels glided effortlessly over the smooth surfaces of the airport and the variety of surfaces outside of the airport. I did like the removable organizer in the carryon suitcase that allowed me to place my medications in an easy accessible pouch. The medium and large cases both include a garment container to hold a suit or dress when needed! This luggage set has the organization features that I didn’t know I needed until they were included. I have nothing but high praise for this set and brand. I hope my I feel the same as the set starts to age with more use.
