Not up to Macy’s usual quality standard

To start—delivery was an issue—although delivery was confirmed and scheduled for one day (took a vacation day from work to be there for the delivery)—the set did not arrive until the next day. As we started to assemble the set, we found pieces that were bent. Also, the screws were cheaply made and kept stripping. This set was not up to the normal quality standard that we’ve come to expect from Macy’s.
