Perfect size, great feel, edge holds amazing sharpness. This is one of my favorite knives. Endless uses for this compact chef's knife. From boning, to trimming, to dicing, and everything in between. This knife will be a go to in your kitchen arsenal.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Great product backed with a great warranty but I am pretty sure you will never have to use the warranty. Try it and you can't use any other knives anymore

Right Size and Sharp
Of course, a new knife is sharp ...but this brand is a home chef's best friend. It is the perfect size for S/M hands and I use this and the utility knife almost every day. Another reviewer posted a picture and those are the exact veggies on which this prep knife is good to use. I love the white handle, too. I may invest in a 5"-7" chef's knife. Standard is 8", which I have, but it's almost too big to handle. I am glad I was able to find it on the Macy's website for a great price! It's a great knife--don't hesitate, buy it! You can always purchase a knife sharpener later.
