Disappointed with quality

I was really hoping this frying pan set would be a good addition to my kitchen, but I’m disappointed. After just a few uses, the pans developed dark spots from burned oil that don’t wash off easily. On top of that, food like eggs sticks to the surface, which makes cooking and cleaning frustrating. I expected better quality, especially since I bought this set hoping for something reliable. Unfortunately, it hasn’t lived up to my expectations.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a Melamine sponge on the warm surface; this should do the trick. Great pan

We’ve been using the Greenpan Apex for about 3 weeks now. We are very pleased with the 9 and 10 inch set. I was looking for a pan that can truly last, going through the dishwasher on a regular basis, with a nonstick surface, and be extremely versatile with foods and heat settings. We think we’ve found it with these. Now looking for more shapes and sizes.

Baking pans are the best

Best cooking pans I have had in a long time and everything so far cooks so well on these . What I like the most is the cooking temperature using gas with these cooks evenly and also cooking on medium heat is perfect !
