Nice
Nice looking and nice weight. Wish they came with a lid. Looking separately for a lid.

3 months agoWaste of money
I bought these 3 months ago. Despite babying these pans, they were no longer non-stick after about 2 weeks (that's generous) and they look absolutely horrible now, much worse than pans that I have had for many years! I will have to throw these away as soon as I find a replacement. I'm really disappointed because I had such high hopes.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a Melamine sponge on the warm surface; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. They are happy to help!

Love
I have been eyeing this type of frypan for years and they were always to pricey. Used tonight and love it. Great addition to my kitchen.

So sad
Gee…..I thought these pans would be a wonderful addition to my kitchen. And they were for about 5 months. Unfortunately they now are burning my food unless I keep the burners on the very lowest setting. Forget about making an omelette. Sticks completely. Since I had the joy of having a B&B in Lancaster for many years….I know how to make a delicious and pretty omelette. Ummmm…. Not with these pans. Tried the tips to remove the “so called “ carbonization…..worked for the next use but then once again returned to it’s unusable condition. Guess I’ll have to give up and buy something else. Sorry for the bad review but have to be honest. Terribly disappointing for such high priced cookware.
