Waste of money

I bought these 3 months ago. Despite babying these pans, they were no longer non-stick after about 2 weeks (that's generous) and they look absolutely horrible now, much worse than pans that I have had for many years! I will have to throw these away as soon as I find a replacement. I'm really disappointed because I had such high hopes.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a Melamine sponge on the warm surface; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. They are happy to help!

Thermalon has NO PFA's!

Greenpan GreenPan Apex 8 inch Frypan is definitely an upgrade from the pans I'm used to! I've tried and loved other pots and pans from the brand and was super excited about this one. The Hybrid 3-ply Stainless Steel Thermobond Technology is really next level and makes it far easier to cook foods to perfection. Infinite Ceramic Nonstick is so next level, and it's also 10x more metal utensil she, so it's a great product for anyone. I love it.

Terrible

These pans are terrible. We bought them two months ago and we use them almost everyday. They are terrible stained, they state nonstick but my food sticks to them. Do not spend your money on these pans. I just threw mine out today they are horrible and not worth the money.
